Pretty much anyone I talk to these days asks me how to better manage their pleathera of passwords. While some people may only have a handful of these devilish strings of characters to remember, some of us have more than we could realistically remember if they were not managed properly. Sure you can always "Request a new password" on most websites; however there are some sites / systems where you cannot easily reset a lost password.
Password managers to the rescue!
The irony in this series of articles is that you will have to have a password to manage your passwords... ah you have to love technology!
This blog series will cover the basics of how to manage your passwords by speaking to the following topics:
- How to create a password
- Keeping your passwords safe - To share or not to share your passwords
- Managing your passwords
- Keeping everything secure
